Yes, the open buffet breakfast and taxes are included in the price of the room.
What is your cancellation policy?

Reservations that are canceled at least 2 days prior to the check-in date are not subject to penalty. Otherwise, a one night's accommodation fee will incur in the event a reservation is not used.
Can non-refundable or prepaid reservations be canceled?

No prepaid or non-refundable reservations may not be canceled or changed. In the event of a cancellation, change or the failure to use a reservation, the total fee or a designated part of it will not be refunded.
